ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) paper

French paper company MATUSSIERE FOREST and its British counterpart ARJO WIGGINS APPLETON are to create a joint subsidiary called PAPETERIE DE VOIRON of which the French group will control 60%. The turnover of this new company is estimated at between FF 500 and 600 million.
