The Belgian company CAPTOR (turnover BF 626 million in 1999 with 132 employed), specialised in the development of software for time management, access control and production follow-up, has announced the acquisition of the British company MORE TIME SYSTEMS. For 2001, CAPTOR reckons to make a turnover of BF 80 million in the United Kingdom.
