Brussels, 09/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The sixth ministerial Troika between the EU and ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States), which was held in Accra (Ghana) on Monday, allowed the two integrated regional entities to look at the situation in African countries in conflict, and to extend their cooperation in the service of peace and security in Africa.
