INBEV has increased its stake in the Chinese brewery HUNAN DEBIER BREWERY. It is subsequently buying up the remaining 45% from the CHANGSA BAISHA BREWERY, which it had hitherto not managed to control. The deal is worth EUR 18.2 million. At the close of this operation INVEV ill have a capacity of more than 3 million hectolitres on Chinese territory, 10% of market share.
