DHL (German DEUTSCHE POST) has acquired a majority stake of 68% in one of the largest electronic mail company in India BLUE DART by buying up 51% from the three founders for Rupees 4.2 bn and a 17% stake in the private investment group SCHRODERS CAPITAL for Rupees 1.2 bn.
