Brussels, 09/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The ACP/EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly (JPA), which brings MEPs and their counterparts from the African, Caribbean and Pacific States together twice a year, will be holding its eight session from 22 to 25 November in The Hague (the Netherlands).
