GENERAL NEWS / (eu) privatisation

Belgium: the Belgium government has announced the privatisation of Brussels international airport, with the sale of more than half of its shares in BIAC management company. Australian group, MACQUARIE will spend EUR 735 million to take control of BIAC and obtain a 70% stake, with t he state keeping the remaining 30% (as opposed to its current 63.56% stake).
