09/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - During its general assembly on 17 and 18 October in Brussels, the European Women's Lobby (EWL) elected its new president for a 2-year term - Kirsti Kolthoff of Sweden. The EWL also welcomed the arrival, as full members, of seven new national coordinations of women's organisations from the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Estonia, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Turkey.
