Brussels, 07/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has finished his tour of pre-Council European capitals (17-18 June). Consultations focused on the European Constitution and Romano Prodi's successor at the European Commission. (EUROPE 5 June p 5).
