Monti "pretty comfortable" about Microsoft's announcement of appeal - Transatlantic cooperation on competition is "success"

Brussels, 07/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - While Microsoft announced its intention to appeal against the European Commission's decision of March this year, Competition Commissioner Mario Monti said he was "pretty comfortable" and confident that the procedure would confirm the validity of the Commission's decision.
