07/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission gave its green light to a joint venture between the American United Technology Corporation and the French company EADS Revima SA. The latter company will transfer its entire auxiliary power units, maintenance, repair and overhaul related business for commercial air transport to the venture.
