07/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission authorised the joint control of Germany's Knapsack Cargo GmbH (KCG) by Container-Terminal GmbH Rhein-See-Land-Service, which is controlled by Imperial Holding Ltd (South Africa), Häfen- und Güterverkehr Köln AG and InfraServ GmbH&Co.
