Brussels, 07/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Representatives of the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officially opened dialogue between the two institutions last Friday in Amsterdam. The two bodies could meet twice a year to analyse market risks and to consult on legislative texts being prepared.
