07/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission gave its green light to a planned merger between the French companies Total Lubrifiants, a subsidiary of the Total group, and Endel, a subsidiary of the Suez group, who wish to create a joint venture known as Daenerys, which will offer lubrication and greasing services for industrial sites. The operation, which was notified on 28 April 2004, was dealt with under the simplified procedure.
