French group L'OREAL is to restructure its shareholding. The two main shareholders, the Bettencourt family and the Swiss group NESTLE, with respectively 51% and 49% of the holding GESPARAL which controls 53.8% of L'OREAL, will hold 27.5% and 26.4% of L'OREAL directly. GESPARAL will be dissolved and absorbed by L'OREAL.
