Luxembourg, 06/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - the Second Chamber of the Court of Justice has condemned Austria for the planned extension of the Weissenb ach golf course in the district of Wörschach, Styria (Austria), with the additition of two new ranges in a special protection area (SPA), known as the "Wörschacher Moos", the protected habitat of the corncrake.
The presence of two parading males in 2002 in the SPA of "Wörschacher Moos" does not put into question the observation of the Court...
