06/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - We would like to apologise for a mistake that occurred in the English version of EUROPE on page 11, paragraph 2, 5 February 2004. It should have read: i) increasing flexibility in the allocation of resources allocated to each ACP country, by scrapping the distinction between "envelope A" corresponding to programmed resources, and "envelope B" (for non programmed resources for unplanned events).
