06/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission's decision of 23 December on the technical requiements for the implementation of Article 3 (on trials to carry out) in Directive 2003/102/EC on the protection of pedestrians and other vulnerable road users from collisions with motorised vehicles was published in the Official Journal L 31 of 4 February (EUROPE 24 September 2003).
