ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) finance

The American company WARBURG PINCUS has made two acquisitions. Firstly, it has bought the company CLONDALKIN from the investment company CANDOVER, a specialist in the processing of packaging and printing products, for 630 million EUR. It has also bought the American company POLYPORE INC for 1.2 billion dollars.
