On 21 January the Commission presented its "Spring Report" in the perspective of the European Summit of 25-26 March (EUROPE 22 January p 7 and EUROPE Documents 4 February). This report is based on a certain number of documents, including "the report on implementation of the strategy for the internal market 2003-06" (see article in EUROPE 23 January p 9) which we publish below in English, German and French.
