17/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - In an open letter to Colin Powell and his French, German, Belgian, Russian and Australian counterparts, as well as to Javier Solana and Chris Patten, the MEP member of the Bonino List, Olivier Dupuis and Vanida Thephsouvanh, president of the Lao Movement for Human Rights, recall that 500 Laos student leaders, arrested on 26 October 1999, have since gone missing.
