17/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - During a meeting on Wednesday in Brussels with former Malta Prime Minister Dom Mintoff, President Prodi gave his assurance that the Treaty of Nice does not compromise neutrality. This is an issue very dear to a neutral country like Malta.
