Brussels, 17/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - It will be a particularly heavy European Parliament session next week in Strasbourg, a session that finishes the very day the European Council debate begins on 24 October. The Presidency of the Council and Commission will inform MEPs of the Summit perspectives on the eve of the conference, 23 October.
