Green light for aid to Opel in Portugal

Brussels, 17/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved aid of 38 million euro for General Motors' Opel plant in Azambuja (Lisbon), under regional aid. It aims to help investment for a new production line of a small vehicle, the Corsa Combo.
