17/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - Speaking at the Conference of European Liberal Democrats in Bath, the Commissioner for the Internal Market, Frits Bolkestein admitted in a Liberal press statement that, "I am not in favour of a Federal Europe", which the Commissioner considers would be, "even less desirable and even less possible after enlargement to 25 Member States or more".
