17/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission decided to grant humanitarian aid of EUR 1.72 million to the victims of flooding in the Chinese provinces of Guangxi, Hunan and Yunan. Aid will be administered by ECHO, the Commission's Humanitarian Aid Office.
