17/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the following operations (to which EUROPE will return): - acquisition by Northrop Grumman of TRW (advanced technology products and services; - purchase by Albert Frere of a control stake in Tattinger (spirits, hotels and luxury products); - acquisition by UPM-Kymmene of Morgan Adhesives (self-adhesive products).
