17/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 18 October in Valence (Spain), the European Commission is organising a one-day briefing that will give a concrete idea of the measures taken to combat climate change in Europe. It will pay special attention to carbon sinks. Scientists will be presenting 15 projects included in the "CarboEurope" initiative supported by the European Commission.
