Brussels, 28/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Parliament and Council have managed, in conciliation procedure, to bring their points of view closer together over the new regulation relating to the Community for environmental management and audit system (EMAS), based on voluntary participation of companies keen for a continuous improvement of their environmental performance .
