Austrian company ANDRITZ (equipment for paper pulp factories) has acquired UMT - UNIVERSAL MILLING TECHNOLOGY (annual turnover around EUR 35 million), the subsidiary of TATE & LYLE, specialised in equipment for animal feed plants, for an undisclosed amount.
