Vienna, 28/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The annual ministerial meeting of the OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe), held on 27 and 28 November in Vienna under the chairmanship of the Austrian Foreign Minister, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, came to an end without a joint declaration being adopted.
