Brussels, 28/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - At an at times quite electric session, the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs chaired by Elmar Brok (CDU) heard Turkish Foreign Minister Ismail Cem on Tuesday morning, who once again expressed his disquiet and surprise at the inclusion of a passage on the Cyprus issue in the European Commission document on Turkey's Accession Partnership.
