Brussels, 28/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Economic and Social Committee (ESC) gathers this Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 November under the Presidency of Goke Frerichs. The French Minister for European Affairs Pierre Moscovici will speak on behalf of the acting EU Council Presidency on the theme "French Presidency and IGC".
