ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) metals

The Belgian company for metal processing BEKAERT has acquired a 60% stake in the South African company BASTION WIRE. Renamed BBFS - BEKAERT-BASTION FENCING SYSTEMS LTD, the company will be integrated within the "trade products" division of BEKAERT, specialised in security and industrial fencing. It is expected initially to make an annual turnover of EUR 4 million.
