IRIS - IMAGE RECOGNITION INTEGRATED SYSTEMS (turnover over EUR 14 million in 1999 with 170 employed), a Belgian company specialised in the recognition of characters and documentary processing, has announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of another Belgian company, PAPERLESS (turnover BF 33 million turnover in 1999), specialised in the development of high speed digital software.
