ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) packaging

The Belgian group BOPACK, specialised in packaging and labeling, has taken over its French rival SOCIETE LUCK (annual turnover of 16 million euro with 100 employees) for an undisclosed amount. Through this acquisition, BOPACK will increase its annual turnover to 85 million euro and employ 525 people.
