Brussels, 06/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - This Wednesday the European Commission approved on the initiative of Chris Patten, a Communication (aimed at the Council and European Parliament) aiming to reinvigorate the Barcelona process; this notably in the light of the fourth meeting between Euro-Mediterranean Foreign Affairs Ministers, which will take place next November in Marseilles.
