British group EMAP is to create an online publishing joint venture owned equally between its French subsidiary EMAP DIGITAL and WANADOO, the Internet subsidiary of FRANCE TELECOM. The new company, called EMW, will above all develop three general public websites targeting news on people, automobiles and women's interests.
