Commission authorises acquisition of Italtel by Clayton Dubilier & Rice

Brussels, 06/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the operation whereby Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), an American private investment firm with a wide spread of activities of the portfolio companies, will take over control of Italtel SpA, Telecom Italia supplier of public telecommunications equipment and systems.
