ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) agri-foodstuffs

The Belgian group ORFFA (Dutch holding ROYAL SCHOUTEN GROUP that has an annual consolidated turnover of NGL 600 million) acquired the Canadian company DAMINCO (annual turnover of USD 35 million), specialised in half finished products aimed at the food industry. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
