06/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - At the end of the conciliation procedure, the European Parliament approved the common draft regulation on the installation of port receptions for operating waste and cargo residue that imposes on all ports of the Member States to provide adequate installations for the reception of waste for ships calling at harbour.
