ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) distribution

The Canadian ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS INC acquired 80% of the capital in the Canadian baseball team the Toronto Blue Jays for USD 112 million. It acquired 70% from the Belgian brewing group INTERBREW, which retains 10%. The remaining 10% have been ceded to it by CIBC - BANQUE CANADIENNE IMPREIAL DE COMMERCE.
