Commission continues infringement proceedings against Italy and Ireland for failing to cooperate in dealing with complaints

Brussels, 14/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has decided to move on to the second stage in infringement proceedings against Ireland and Italy for constantly failing to comply with their obligation to cooperate in the handling of environmental complaints.
