Brussels, 14/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the creation of a joint-venture between the Deutsche Bank and software company SAP. With this new entity, called Emaro, the two partners will have business-to-business trading platform where suppliers of office equipment can do on-line business with customers. This operation will not lead to competition problems as the activities of the two companies will not overlap in any of the relevant markets.
