Brussels, 14/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The first session of the Agriculture Council under French Presidency should be loaded with important decisions since the ministers are called on to take a definitive stance on four issues which have been delayed for budgetary reasons or because of the difficult negotiations with the European Parliament.
