The protection of public health warrants Sweden's decision to ban or limit the use of trichloroethylene, even though it is an obstacle to the free movement of goods

Luxembourg, 12/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - In a new ruling, the Court of Justice has reaffirmed its doctrine by which prioritiy objectives (like the protection of public health) may warrant application, by a Member State, of restrictions to the free movement of goods.
