ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

The Belgian firm TELINDUS is to pay an undisclosed amount for a 100% stake in the Swiss firm CCP INTEGRATION SA (CHF 10.6 million turnover in 1999 with 25 employees), active in the field of computer communications. Through this operation, TELINDUS will have an overall turnover in Switzerland of CHF 35 million, with 80 employees.
