ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) car parks

SOGEPARC (French construction group VINCI; turnover EUR 106.5 million in 1999) has acquired the Spanish company APARCAMIENTOS VALLEHERMOSO, which manages 12 car parks in Spain of a total of 4,600 spaces with a forecast turnover of EUR 6.4 million in 2000.
