The CNP - COMPAGNIE NATIONALE A PORTEFEUILLE owned by Belgian financier Albert Frère has acquired 5% of the capital of the group FCC - FOMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRATAS, Spanish number one for local corporation services and environmental management and leading cement company of the country, for the sum of EUR 125 million.
