New phase of ESDP according to texts approved by European Council of Feira

During the European Council of 19 and 20 June in Feira, the EU Heads of State and Government endorsed, practically without discussion, the report by the Portuguese Presidency on strengthening of the European Security and Defence Policy (ESDP). The report and the accompanying documents had already been approved by the General Affairs Council.
